METRIN International Products Corporation and its affiliates and subsidiaries (herein referred to as "METRIN", "we", "us" and "our") would like to welcome you to www.metrin.com, www.metrinlife.com, its subdomains and the websites of our subsidiaries and international affiliates (herein/collectively referred to as the "Web Site"). This notice clarifies the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services on the Web Site (herein referred to as the "Terms of Use"). In this Agreement the words "you" and "your" mean each and all of those who agree to be bound by this Agreement. The words "Online Account" refer only to your information stored on www.metrin.com (herein referred to as "the Web Site") and do not refer to any other agreement with METRIN, or any other subsidiary in the METRIN Life Group of Companies (herein referred to as "the Company"). The words "Preferred Customer account" refer to your agreement with the Company, where you receive the benefits listed under "Preferred Customer Application".
By visiting, accessing, browsing or using the Web Site you accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree nor accept, without limitation or qualification, please exit the Web Site.

Copyright Content
The Web Site and all of its contents including, but not limited to, all text and images ("Content") are owned and copyrighted by METRIN or others with all rights reserved unless otherwise noted. Any Content that is a trademark, logo, or service mark is also a registered and unregistered trademark of METRIN International Products Corporation or others. Your use of any Content, except as provided in these Terms of Use, without the written permission of the Content owner is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that METRIN International Products Corporation will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.
You may not use images of people or places located on the Web Site without METRIN International Products Corporation written permission. You may not distribute, modify, copy (except as set forth above), transmit, display, reuse, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or otherwise use Content without METRIN International Products Corporation written permission.
Communication Guidelines
You may not use various online forms (including, but not excluded to, 'Contact Us', 'Share With a Friend', 'Skin Care Survey' and 'Online Orders') to send spam, or otherwise send content that could be perceived as threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
Any such material as above is also prohibited to METRIN through direct e-mail.
Sole Proprietorship
You are the sole proprietor of your Online Account and Preferred Customer Account (see "Password Liability" below).
Payment Authorization
You authorize METRIN International Products Corporation to withdraw payment for any orders filled using your Online Account with the credit card identified in the order (see "Password Liability" below). You agree to pay a $15 service fee in the event a credit card charge is returned for any reason.
Returned Cheques
All cheques returned by your bank for insufficient funds will be re-submitted for payment. A $25 returned cheque fee will be charged to your account. After receiving a returned cheque, all future orders must be paid by Credit Card, money order or cashier's cheque.
Change of Contact Information
Changes in your billing/shipping information, e-mail address, and password can be made via the Web Site or by contacting us toll free at 1-888-263-8746.
Password Liability
Your account information and password must not be shared with anyone. You are liable for the unauthorized use of your e-mail/password, including, but not limited to, charges on your credit card through the Web Site, incorrect changes to your shipping and billing information - including any shipping-related charges that the Company may occur due to mistakes.
If you feel that your password may no longer be private it is up to you to change your password immediately. It is up to you to keep your password secret, and, if necessary, stored in a safe place.
Right of Deactivation
You have the right to deactivate your Online Account at any time, with or without reason. Your deactivation must include your Full Name, ID #, E-Mail Address and Password. You may terminate your Online Account in the following ways:

- Via Telephone (1-888-2-METRIN)
- Via Regular Mail (125-9 Burbidge St., Coquitlam, BC, V3K 7B2, Canada)
Exclusion of Liability
YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER METRIN INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTS CORPORATION, NOR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS, NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS OR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SITE, ARE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THIS SITE OR CONTENT WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. Please note that some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
Updates
We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Web Site. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be considered effective immediately after the changes are posted on this Web Site. This Agreement was last revised on November 16, 2003.
Enforceability
In the event that a provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the balance of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
