What Was ‘Biogime’?
One major source of imitation was Biogime (or “Biozhem”, an offshoot of Biogime). As you might know, Biogime was once, long ago, an official authorized distributor of METRIN products in the US until they lost their distribution rights in the early 1990s.
They then created Biogime and sold it to existing customers as the “new” Metrin. They told their customers that Metrin no longer existed and marketed their own products basically imitating Metrin Skincare’s beloved products.
Metrin never went out of business in our entire history and our Metrin Skincare System has been available to everyone, tried and true, since our founding in 1932. How Were They Imitators?
Biogime’s skin care products attempted to copy the Metrin’s formula, but it definitely not the same.
