The deep cleanser surprisingly removes all makeup and softens your skin to prepare for proper exfoliation. I’ve found that using it on dry skin works best, and then using a damp cloth to wipe off. I then follow by splashing warm water on my face to remove the excess before continuing to step 2. It is a vital step in the process!
