Savings You Say? How do I join?  

You are now automatically signed up for Metrin Rewards program when you create your account. If you are an existing customer, you are already signed up for our program. There is no need to sign up for this program like before. Likewise, If you are a brand new customer, you will automatically be signed up for Metrin Rewards. It’s as simple as that! 

How can I earn points?  

There are 3 easy you can earn Metrin Rewards Points:  

• Signing up for Metrin Rewards: You earn 130 just by signing up! 
• Product Reward Points. Anytime you place an order, you generate Reward Points. Each product we offer has a specific amount of points associated with it. For example, our best-selling Metrin Skincare System for Her Full-Size (165ml) earns you 130 points!   
• Review your Favorite Product(s): Leave a product review and earn 130 points! Please ensure your review includes at least three sentences detailing why you love the product and how your skin feels after using the product. 

What are my Reward Points worth?  

The redemption levels for Metrin Rewards Points are:   

•  260 points = $10  
•  520 points = $20  
•  780 points = $30  
•  1040 points = $40  
•  1300 points = $50 

How do I check how many points I have? 

To view your points, Click ‘My Account’ (on the righthand side of your dashboard) and then ‘Points’. Here you will find a breakdown of all your earned points.  

How do I redeem my Metrin Rewards Points?   

When checking out online, you will be prompted to ‘apply your discount’. Simply press this, and your maximum available rewards points will be applied to your order.  

*Please note there is a maximum discount amount of 25% of your total purchase for points redemption.
