We just require that you send the Metrin Skincare System bottles back to our Head Office, and follow our return shipping instructions which we would provide you with after you submit the return request. On All Other Purchases

All Metrin products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full product refund (less shipping). To obtain 30 Day Return Instructions, customers must contact Metrin’s Client Care department either by email at [email protected], or, toll-free at 1-888-263-8746. All the steps provided in the 30 Day Return Instructions must be followed in order to complete a successful refund.

How to Request for Refunds and Exchanges

Step 1: Contact us to request a refund or exchange

You must contact us to request a refund or exchange before returning the products to us.  Please provide your order date and proof of purchase.

Step 2: You will be issued with an RMA number

Once we have received your request for a refund, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address to ship the returned products to. This RMA number is needed for us to process the refund or exchange.

Step 3: Package the returned products for shipping

After you have obtained your RMA number, please put the returned products (along with the original packing slip and/or commercial invoice) in a package for shipping. Please ensure the shipping forms and the package is marked “Product Return”.

Step 4: Ship the package using the specified carriers

You will need to make arrangements to ship the package back to METRIN using the specific carriers listed below:

  • For the United States: Product returns from the United States must be sent using the US Postal Service First-Class Package International Service®.
  • For Canada: Product returns from Canada must be sent using the Canada Post Regular Parcel Ground Service.
  • For all other countries: Please contact us for further assistance.

The cost to return the products is the responsibility of the customer. The refund is only on the product purchase price (excludes shipping).

Step 5: We will confirm once the refund has been processed

Once we have received the returned products and the appropriate documents we will send a confirmation email to say that your refund or exchange has been processed.

Note that all the steps above must be followed in order to complete a successful refund or exchange. Returns sent via other carriers and/or missing an RMA reference number and appropriate documents may be ineligible for a refund.
