How do I track my order?

There are 3 easy ways to track your order:

Option 1 – Through your Account: After placing your order, go into ‘My Account’ and then ‘Orders’. Select your recent order and under ‘Shipment Tracking Details’, simple click on the tracking number and you will be redirected to the shipping providers website and find your order’s tracking information.

Option 2 – Via Email: Once your order is ‘complete’, you will receive an email from us. On this email, scroll down to ‘Shipment Tracking Details’ and find your tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number, and you will be redirected to the shipping providers website and find your order’s tracking information.

Option 3 – Ask Client Care: If you have trouble using one of the options above, feel free to contact Client Care and we will be happy to assist
