I can’t log into my Account!
Oh no! You can’t login to your account. Don’t panic, there are a couple of different reasons why you might be stuck.
1- You are using the wrong site (we have different versions for different countries).

- For Canadian orders, please visit www.metrin.ca
2- You might need to reset your password.Â
If you can not login using your previous password and/or email address, you may need to reset your password. To reset your password, just click one of the following

PS reminder passwords are case-sensitve, so please be careful about caps lock!
